“A tableware collection for Serica restaurant in Milan based on their concept of exploring rituals and traditions along the silk road. The collection is a contemporary journey in the

recovery of traditions perpetuated over time along the Silk Road.”

The glass objects are filled with a cermaic sand that keeps the food warm, allows the Chef to create dishes around steaming, smoking and creating a sizzle to invoke a wow moment for the diners. The collection is designed to be picked up so that you feel the warmth of the sand giving a comforting feeling to the soul. They are based around 3 gestures of sip, lick and slurp.
