Explore snacking and eating behaviours that

can be affected positively through sensible – playful – snacks, created based upon scientific insights. The ultimate goal is ensuring young people snack healthier and proportionately.

A prototype of the snack bar/wall was created while developing and designing dutch snacks with Chef Christian. The Snackery Street does not seek to alter the social and cultural experience around snack bars in the Netherlands but give people a greater value while promoting healthy and conscious eating behavior.

Snackery Street served snacks at universities and festivals across Netherlands. I was part of the snack design and development during my residency at Studio Katja Gruijters.
