Outlandish is a pop-up fine dining restaurant created as an immersive experience. Its aim was to transform an existing space and create an immersive performative experience. It is a restaurant that served abstract concepts and emotions on the menu. As the experience unfolds itself, they acquaint themselves with the dishes based on abstract concepts.

Each concept was turned into a dish that would be served to the incoming customers from sparkling water that actually sparkles to a dish of censorship with redacted newspaper. 

It is an experience where nothing is as it seems in reality.
