Brand, website and cookbook design for research project by Food for Climate League and Food + Planet that developed evidence-based health and wellness messaging and narratives to drive demand for sustainable and nutritious aquatic foods, namely bivalves and sea vegetables.
Open-access resources were designed to empower chefs, foodservice, consumer packaged goods entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and other aquatic food advocates in promoting bivalves and sea vegetables.
